As in past years, a portion of the proceeds generated by the Holiday Party will be used to support the "Self-Help Desks" which are operating at the various divisions of the Bankruptcy Court.
This year we will have a silent auction in support of pro bono services. Two special auction items will benefit the Diversity Equity & Inclusion projects of LABF.

Attendance by all individuals constitutes a waiver indicating that they are attending the LABF Annual Holiday Party at their own risk and voluntarily assume all risks associated with potential exposure to Covid-19 and that they hereby release, waive and hold LABF harmless from any illness, injury or damages incurred by them in connection with their attendance at this event.

Event registration fees are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. However, they may be tax deductible as ordinary and necessary business expenses. Please consult your tax professional for specific advice.

Return, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds will be given for cancellations. Please email us by Monday, December 29 at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place.
No products are shipped or delivered. We encourage you print a receipt for your records.
