The mission and vision for LABF’s Diversity Equity & Inclusion Committee is to reflect our fundamental belief that diversity strengthens our practice and that all people deserve inclusivity, equity, and a chance to have a seat at the table. Pursuing these principles gives the bankruptcy community the opportunity to attract the best and brightest professionals to our practice by welcoming, recognizing, and supporting people of diverse background, especially those who are underrepresented and have been historically disadvantaged; by becoming a resource and ally within our region to pursue these goals; and by committing to diversity in our governance, structure, and decision-making.
