Keith Patrick Banner, a Partner of the Bankruptcy, Reorganization & Capital Recovery Group at Greenberg Glusker LLP, focuses his practice on business insolvency and distressed transactions across industries including retail, entertainment, technology, and real estate. He advises companies through out-of-court restructurings, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and chapter 11 and chapter 7 cases. Keith also represents bankruptcy trustees in complex investigations, asset sales, and litigation, and is skilled in fraudulent transfer and preference recovery actions. In addition, he handles corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, private equity investments, and UCC foreclosures.
