Join us for a discussion on how to succeed in trials, evidentiary hearings, and other contested matters. Our panelists will cover best practices for presenting live evidence and conducting trials in bankruptcy court, with a special emphasis on technology in the courtroom and what we have learned during COVID-19. Immediately prior to the panel discussion, there will be a young professionals happy hour. (There will be a separate Zoom login for the happy hour.)
